Do any of you live in WV, and if so do you know the inspection guidelines for the state, I have tried to find out but the inspection stations nor the internet will give me answers.


I want to know if I have to have a cat on my car, I want my buddy to do some custom exhaust routing as an experiment but I don't want to fail inspection.

you have to have a CAT in all states, its a Federal law

Actually I think NM doesnt require it...I know there was a guy way on the southern border of CO who said he went down a state to get his e-test because he didnt have a cat...

I know WV doesnt have an E-test, so thats why I asked.
