OBD1, but of a flash type, like the OBDII, kinda like OBD1.5, pretty sure you can chip it yourself without a program
^ It is all OBD-1. No OBD-1.5 or anything, that didn't start until 95. There used to be a bunch of chips out there for them, but Mantapart sold the chips and I wouldn't buy my last year of life from those people if they were the only ones who had it.
