The previous owner thought he was a mechanic and "messed" with a lot of things. I need to know if this is supposed to be that way or is it one of his modifications.
that is your power steering cooler. it comes from the low pressure side of the rack and goes back to the resevior.
Thanks, I figured it was a cooler of some sort just didn't know for what. So it should be connected and not cut off? Some people should never touch anything under the hood of a car. I've had to fix three of his modifications in the 6 months I've owned the car.
