Changingt stock shift knob

Ok so i have a 94 Cavalier as my daily driver, i wasnt to change the Shift knob on the stock shifter, anyone ever do this or have any ideas?

Auto or Manual?
Just go to your local ricer shop and pick something up. Takes a few minutes to switch out...

Just beware.... the shaft on 2nd gen shifters is fairly thick. I've seen a number of shift knobs that wouldnt fit. the good thing is, if you get one you like, but doesnt fit, just get a friend with a welder to cut off the stock shaft and weld a botl on that's the same thread as the knob. easy as pie, takes 5 min.

I have many shift knobs from my mustang, and NOTHING FITS!

thats what i was thinking.... because no matter what i try i cant get any other shift knob to fit....

Just shave down and re-thread the shaft so it fits. I'm sure with tools, it couldn't be that bloody difficult.
