Okay, so I was going to meet my wife after she was done work, and spotted something that may very well be a case of ancient dealer rice. It was basically a Z24, but it had no Z24 markings at all, but rather a single set of sticker-badges on the rear quarter panels that said "RS44". Dealer-rice? Someone thinking that rebadging their car to be called something else is cool? Unusual case of a real rarity?
