There is a guy by me selling a hitch from his 94 cavalier.... and he claims it will fit 94-02.
he says from 94 on they were the same chasis... i always thought it was 96+ that had the smae chasis, and like 80some to 95 were the same...
were there some similarities from 94-96+?

look at his car and see if it looks like yours... chances are the guy doesnt know what year his car is
really the only thing the 94 and 95 - 97 share is the 2.2 LN2 engine... and ... of course... the J - frame
