Happy New Year everyone. I"m looking for the paint code for the gray ground effects on my 1988 z24 convertible. My paint guy can't find the code. Thanks
Its standard GM Silver. Like paint code #12 Silver Poly. Its not anything special. I too have an 88 Z24 Convertible. When I had my car repainted we did it in monochrome (no more two-tone). I prefer that look anyways. The GM dealer probably will not be able to work with a VIN prior to 1990. They just did not load the older RPOs. However there is a placard on the radiator crossmember under the hood that should have a paint code something like xxU/xxL the "L" being the silver.
