If its a rust free car (check under the kit), I could see spending 500 on it and swapping in a working 3400.
I bet you could get it for 250-350. Bring cash and a trailer.
Is that a digital dash?! I say go for it. Spend the extra time and swap in the L67. The body is easy to find replacement pieces for (any 2 door gen 2 can get you body parts), and the guy put about $600-750 in parts into it, depending on the stereo and the amount of brake work.
