For a Sunbird? I don't think anyone makes them, which is probably why you can't find them. If you need Cav clear corners, I have some for sale.
i thought i saw some on ebay about 6 months ago. but i got into race mode and totally forgot.
maybe im wrong. is there anyway that the cav corners would fit with the bird headlights?
just type in 1994 cavalier or just cavalier i see them all the time

Not really. They would physically fit, but the angle of the actual headlight is different, so the corners would stick out past them. I know there are people who have made their own, and maybe thats how they ended up on Ebay.

i took the orange ones off and put the clear ones on.
