Technically yes. Will you be able to find one? Probably not. RSM Racing (now out of business, and name changed to Z-Spec) used to produce a 59mm UIM/TB, where the opening was actually bored and then sleeved to 59mm (about $300 for it). When they went under and Z-Spec began producing them, they stopped sleeving the UIM and resorted to a polish only (about $100). The actual diameter wasn't any bigger, it was just polished. They still market it as a 59mm TB, but its not. Every so often, one of the original RSM ones will show up in the classifieds, so if you see one, snag it up.
