hey all
any one have on a 2nd gen cavalier ST brand lowering springs, these or Eibach are the only two I can find that offer lowered springs for a 2nd gen, one better then other, ST says front and rear lowered 0.9 inchs and Eicbach says 1 " in front .8" in rear. I know accually will vary on weight, car engine tran etc. but any pics or complaints about either brand?
The Eibachs are progressive rate, and designed for handling. The ST are linear rate, only for lowering.
I only have experience with the eibach springs, so I can't comment on the other ones. All I can say is that the Eibach springs with GR-2 Struts and Shocks kick some serious ass.
It seems Eibach has discontinued their springs for 2nd gens.

i had intrax lowering springs with kyb gr2 shocks and struts and it was a great combo!
intrax has been discontinued aswell.
i have canucks and kyb shocks, and love them.
I had (well there actually in the trunk of my other car) Suspension Techniques on my 3rd gen, and although they are linear they had a fairly low spring rate and ride was pretty decent. I'd rock em on a 2nd gen, although by then the sagging of the stockers might be lower
