Kurt I assume the window sweeps worked out fine?I am impressed with your ride no question. As for window channel guides or felts I suggest either http://www.gmpartsdirect.com OR maybe softseal,or steel rubber products.I have done loads of research on these and I need to do this as well both doors on my cav.I would ramble on more but running out of go power after a long day.Like everything about your car and stupid NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Let me do some more searching BC you can get those window channel felts I am just stupid tired and literally found those the other day.Gm parts direct is good and you have to learn to navigate the site to find things.Unless you find them first I will link or share what I find. The tired is kicking hard and not focused!I can find this and they ARE available just dirt tired and trying to hard.I can even get these for my car a 85 so no problem.Nice color btw and whl choice too!

That should solve and answer any problems or questions you may have.

On the inside my car looks like a fighter jet.

http://parts.nalleygmc.com/showAssembly.aspx?ukey_assembly=384793&ukey_product=2970478 Scroll down to number 9 THIS is the glass run channel OR the felt that is inside the door that the glass goes up and down and keeps tight. This has zero to do with the window sweep.I am assuming you def meant the glass run and they do have them. This is ONE site I visit and there are several others that when i have time will link.SOFF seal does not have the glass run channels yet,so rule them out.Granted the years listed are newer BUT the channels are the same to my knowledge bc all jbody doors are the same diameter and fit overall and glass for that matter first or second gen.

Really, Really superb job Kurt!!
Blue is my fav color.....Too!!
I've always loved those style pop-up headlamps too, and you can appreciate all of the things this car Doesn't have compared to the nightmares coming out today. A buddy at work just had to shell out $1500 on his '06 Ford F150 for a mess of stuff because the phaser went out on his VVT...he's got a mess on his hands and don't even know if $1500 is gonna fix his troubles at this point.
These older Chevys and Pontiacs are cheaper, fixable, economical and in my opinion way more attractive than this new stuff out there today!! Oh yeah -
( Lower Taxes....yeah yeah )
Keep the adventure going - don't wrap things up and get bored with it all!!

Incredible! It looks like it was well worth the effort you put into the build.

Did you come across any issues with the headers being aluminum and all? I have an '88 Sunbird GT Convertible Turbo that I'd like to restore. I'm starting from scratch.
