I'm about to drop a turbo in but i know i need to fix my suspension first
does any one have any idea in witch parts i would need
arm bushing
sway and strut bar
springs
what else would i have to get and what brands should i get

You might want to add struts to that list and you should also think about your brakes.

For your brakes check out the big brake kits from Wilwood and Baer. You could also do a rear disc conversion but thats not completely necessary.
You could always look into full suspension setups like Gravana's coilover system. I've heard nothing but good things from that setup.
