time for an upgrade...

well, I am finnaly sick and tired of my stock suspension that has over 100k on it and since my brakes are getting down there also I figured now would be a good time to upgrade the both of em'. heres my plan.

KYB GR2 shocks and struts
Tein High tech lowering springs (1" drop +/-)
Vibrant front and rear strut bars

and for the brakes,

powerslot rotors
hawk pads
steel braided lines

I think this should work pretty well. I live in New Hampshire and there are some straight up NASTY roads around here so I really cant drop it anymore then an inch or so. Basically I'm just looking to stiffen the suspension up so it don't get all FUBAR when i hit a bump. Not really sure why i'm posting this, just felt like letting somone know what my upgrades will be. Anyway, any input or suggestions are welcome. later.

If you plan on doing the drop, you might want to go with AGX instead. The GR2s are intended to be a factory replacement and they may or may not hold up well if you lower the car. It's up to you, but that's my recommendation. The AGXs wil lhandle 1.5", and are, in fact, warrantied for that drop. GR2s aren't. Check out the FAQ and you'll learn a lot. I did.

That will work. We always recommend getting better struts with lowering sprigns. But those springs are designed to go on replacement struts. Nothing wrong with it really.
