Im looking for some good pads for street/autocross. EBC green stuff or Hawk HPS pads. (or other). Lemme know your opinion.
I have always liked the Green stuff pads, Once mine go bad I will be using them again.

1 for hawk 1 for EBC. Any specific reasons and do you autocross with them?
Hawk, virtually dustless, i have been breaking hard and they are still pretty thick.
I've never autocrossed with them, but I love the hawk pads.
Hawk and love em for street and autox. Very low dust and noise.

ive used both on my cavalier and they both provide equal performance however the ebc's lasted about two months while ive had the hawks for 6 and they're still 70%

Hawk, my choice for street and autox
. Damn near dustless too.

Lol, looks like I am out numbered. I didn't use them on the cav, I used them on my camaro. Maybe I will go with Hawk next time.

I've used the EBC GS, they were the best pads I've used, however they were very expensive, and wore out very quickly, and created alot of dust. I will be trying the Hawk pads once my current ones are worn out.
15.3 @ 89.97mph, 14's on the way?
Looks like im going with Hawk. Thanks everyone
I ran EBC GS for a while too on the EBC slotted/dimpled rotors even, mine lasted about a year, and munched on my rotors as well. Granted, the rotor munching could be from autocrossing as much as aggressive pads
I loved they way they made the car stop though! They did make a nice screaming noise once they got heated up too.
I switched to Hawk Pads and Powerslot rotors (Gravana package) when my EBC's wore out. I also changed to stainless braided hoses.
I believe that I stop equally well, no noise, even on autocross days, and the pedal feel/modulation control with stainless hoses is unbeatable!
