ive found both i like and need help narrowing down my decision.
i found front set of BAER slotted & drilled rotors for 130$, or front set of brembo slotted for 150$.
what do u guys think would be better for braking power and long-lasting life?
thanks

Cross Slotted (Drilled & Slotted) are for looks only. They do offer some performance increases, but can't take the stress of hard racing or anything.
The Brembo Slotted are performance rotors meant to be beat on. They'll take a lickin.
Both will work just fine for a daily driver.
they both probably have similar qualities. in this case, just go with whatever you think looks nicer.

yeah ive heard that all drilled rotors, even brembo, crack over time.
i think im getting the brembo slotted with the hawk pads and steel brake lines. that should boost my braking quite a bit

Any rotor will crack if abused enough. Drilling holes in it simply lowers it's cracking point a lot, so it will happen more often to people who abuse (race) them. It's not that there's some new flaw in them, it's just the way it is. Slotted rotors have a lower cracking point too, but not as low as a rotor full of holes.
