Okay I bought a new set of Koni yellows off a guy on the JBO for 300$ and they came with springs? They are blue and say koni on them, anyone know about these, or if they are a drop or stock ride height? I am currently on goldlines with stock struts so definantly needed the konis so I wasnt sure what you do with these. They are a light blue,
Thanks
Chris

No those come as a kit. The drop is mild i think only about 12" or 1.5" someone will have to confirm the height but it is a mild drop

It's the Koni Sport Kit. Turbo Tech Racing has them advertised as 25mm(.985") front and 45mm(1.773") drop in the rear. I have them, and I know Hypsy has them. I have a little over 1 inch of wheelgap front and rear.
It rides amazing. If you go to the picture side of my website I think I have some install and finished pics. The springs are perfectly matched for the car and struts.
I used to race cars, now I race myself.

Here are pics of my Z24 with the Koni Sport springs. BTW, the ride is absolutely amazing!!

that drop is great. i may have to grab up this set-up
I've been told that that kit is a drop in replacement... meaning no cutting or modification needed... is that true?
I've been looking at it and I like the drop and everything but I can get the DSPECS or the Yellows for the same price and I'd rather not mess around with the Yellows the way they have to be installed.

Jack of all trades.
The yellows are still front inserts even with that kit.

I'm running that kit also. I love it.
The rear has settled a bit since then (pic is very shortly after the install). The ride is firm to hard as a rock depending on the strut settings.
There are 2 "cutting" modifications on the install. The rear strut mounts have to be drilled out larger (the piston on the Koni is bigger than stock). No biggie with a drill press. The other is the front struts. You'll have to cut the top off of the factory struts because the Koni is an insert. Also not a big deal. It sounds a lot more intimidating than it really is. I believe the install thread was put into the FAQ.

Sleeper style, they don't see it coming that way.
They sell for $629 on Gravana... and that is not even shipped...
