I'd like to get some input from guys who are running AGXs and autocross often.
This time, I am preparing the car for H Stock, with following goodies:
Bigger stock front sway 22mm
Progress rear sway 22mm
Hoosiers 205/50/15 (R3S05, got a good deal couldnt pass)
KYB AGX
I am running in Canada, we are allowed rear sway upgrade in stock class.
What settings should I run (approximately) on my shocks? Keep in mind that I am on 11-year old stock springs
Thanks!

very creative. you are wrong though, full stiff in the rear is never a good idea.

Start with 3/6 and move from there. I'm using them on H&R's with Hoosier R3S04's as well (got a good deal too). I run mine on full stiffness without any problems but your rear end will probably want to rotate more on those stock springs.
For someone just starting out, I'd put them near full stiff and tell them to adjust untill it's where they like it.
I run 2 in front, and have koni's in the back set to about half.
If you're autocrossing yourself, you need to simply play with all the settings until you find what you like.
This is a little late but I find that the best that works for me s 2front full stiff rear, if the lot is bumpy, drop down the rear to 6 or you'll lose rear traction on hard corners.
This is running with an addco rear swaybar H&R Springs and AGX struts with a front strut bar for suspension.
Don't forget to play with your tire pressures too.
