I am thinking its time to change my springs a tad..i have a buddy that has some rk sport coil overs....right now im on sprint springs and koni yellows and was wondering what the ride will be like in comparison and handling..my sprints are saggin bad in the back so the rear sits way too low and the front is way up..so itd be nice to be able to adjust..are they ok?..i heard that them and ground controls are..but i do not wantt o lose handling as well..any help would be awsome..phil

Yeah, the rates would be just about the same between the two. And with Koni's you don't need to worry about if they can handle the springs. So it should be just about the same all around, but height-adjustable.

I would deffinently go with the Coils... If I am not mistaken - Aren't RK coils the same as the GC coilovers just re-named? I am sure someone can verify this... With the GC coilovers you can order different springs with whatever Spring rate you want for your application which is a nice feature if you are looking for optimal performance and ride.
