Has anyone who has done the addco front feel like they ran out of threads on the endlink bushings. Just did mine this morning and bottomed the threads and the bushings aren't loose to where you can rotate them, but they don't have the slight bulge I've heard is required.
you should be fine. I tightened mine up till they were snug and firm on both sides. Did you assemble everyting properly?

Yeah that is how I installed it, just doesn't seem to compress the bushings that much
mine did, I had to add extra washers, not sure why, but worked great.
HP Tuners | Garrett T3/T04B | 2.5" Charge Pipes | 2.5" Downpipe | 650 Injectors | HO Manifold | Addco front/rear | Motor Mounts | HKS SSQV | Spec stage 3 | AEM UEGO Wideband | Team Green LSD | FMIC | 2.3 cams | 2.3 oil pump swap | 280WHP | Now ECOTECED
Yeah i'm at work and just snagged a few out of the parts room, will put the car on ramps tomorrow and go to town with em.
Same problem here, Im wondering if it will eliminate some of my clunking noises once I get them tightened down.

Mine bottomed out just as they started to bulge. Definately noticed that the bar is working. I suspect it's meant to be like that, but who knows.
Speaking of wich,
How long of a spacer did they provied?
I'm thinking of getting a longer spacer for my factory front and using the spare set of Addco bushings I have.

I've got a slight clunk from the passenger side, mainly if i'm going down my gravel driveway with a lot of suspension movement going on. I drove up on ramps and took off the endlinks and moved the swaybar up and down and could hear/feel a little clunk but couldn't find it hitting on anything so I don't know.
Mastin as far as the spacers go I'd have to find them! When I was checking out the noise I put it back together with a shorter spacer and a few washers before the nut to make up for lack of threads. My thinking was since my car is lowered the control arms are up higher than stock so the distance from the control arm and swaybar should be less to keep the swaybar as close to parallel as possible with the control arm. After doing this the swaybar clunks less too.

Yeah that's what I'm going for.
I replaced the endlinks keeping them the same length as stock.
But thinking about going a little longer with the spare set of Addco bushings I have.
Oh well,
Thanks,
