Whats making this Poping in the front when I turning the wheel.

Possibly the strut mount is bad?
There is also a shaking in wheel when I get above 50mph
If you rotate the tires, does the shaking move to the rear? If so, its probably just a tire out of balance.
If not, it could be something like a worn tie-rod (inner or outer).
If it was wheel bearings going bad, I would think it would make kind of a "growling" sound.
