"lightweight Aerospace Components front brakes with RK tubular lower a-arms"
the rotors look as thick as paper and there is no threads on his lug studs
WTF indeed!

going by that link those aren't even meant to be used on the street.... just strictly lightweight and meant for stoping a drag car, whihc makes some sence but man I don't think I'd trust a little skinny rotor like that on anythign with 4 weeks

bingo.....
daily driver... i wouldnt do it.
the lug studs just look like a more FINE thread pitch, thats all.
maybe good for some sorta racing, but doubtful its autoX....
but it would shed rotating mass and unsprung weight to the suspension.
for drag, ever look closely at pure drag brakes? pretty skimpy on parts indeed, but they are only meant to be used for a few seconds at a time anyway.
Those are the ARP lugstuds. Just looked at mine when I went outside.

they def look like drag racing brakes to me. theres nothing better than being able to stop your cavy from 300 mph to zero in about 10 seconds. and then throwing them away and spending another 5g's for some new ones.

Actually even the brake systems used on T/F cars get more than one run. The rotors are replaced every 15-20 runs with the pads going about 10 runs a set. Of course it does run a few hundo a change. LOL.
