Baaaad weekend for Johnny.

So aside from my motor throwing fits Saturday night, I got another problem. Friday afternoon a kid pulled out in front of me in a rather large SUV - a Toyoya - I think it was a Highlander but he didn't bother to stop and I didn't hit him so whatever. Anyway. I was doing 35, maybe 40, and as a result of trying to avoid having a really bad day, I clipped the curb with my right front tire. It seemed like I nailed it pretty hard, the tire went up and over and right back down - so I pulled into a parking lot and gave it a once over. Nothing seemed to be damaged, no rubbing, tire was holding air, etc, so I went on my way. But I've noticed a bit of noise coming from that wheel now. There's no pulling or vibration that I can detect, and the noise gets louder as I turn into it and shift the weight of the car. I'm thinking wheel bearing, but in a case like this, is there something else I should be looking for?

might hurt the wheel bearing

or cleaned all the brake dust out and caused them to make noise

It's not the brakes. I actually took a look at that, it was a long shot but hey, process of elimination. I will be needing to replace them in a few months, though.

jack it up, grab the wheel/tire at 9 and 3 oclock, shimmy it left to right and check for play....

Probably the wheel bearing, do like Funky BOttoms said, you'll probably notice play.

I'm wondering if I should take it in and have yet it realigned too. I noticed a bit of a pull last night that I wasn't getting over the weekend. It's pulling to the left real hard now. Which doesn't make sense, unless the impact somehow toed the wheel in but that would surely mean teh tierod is bent and there's no way I hit that hard. Is there?
