I bought a set of front strut mounts and i'm thinking that maybe the bearing are a seperate item?

I remember replacing the mounts once with AC delco ones and i don't have to worry about a bearing at all?

Can someone clarify this please?

I have a set of Gabriels on mine and they came with bearing plates. You need the bearings, if the Monroe's dont have them, i would buy a set.

corrected the problem, found the parts guy gave me the wrong ones.

From your profile you have a 2K+... IIRC 2K+s don't have a 3 piece rebuildable with bearing plates... they are a 2 peice disposable mount. I remember when I did my suspension it was only a 2 piece mount. So they may have given you the right ones in the first place....
