looking into getting goldline springs. don't wan too big of a drop. what struts should i be looking into or is there any chance i can use the oem?
Goldlines are past the AGX warranty... so if you don't mind forfeiting the warranty, go with them... otherwise Koni Yellows or Tokico D-Specs (if the D-Specs can go past 1.5") are about it..
so what about struts for the goldlines? not concerned with warranty
KYB AGX will handle a 1.5" drop. You are going about .25" beyond that. Adjustable dampening
Tokico D-Spec -- Can't find the drop specs. Adjustable dampening
Koni Yellows -- Same as the D-Specs as far as specs... also adjustable
what would u personally reccomend?
Since I have the AGX's, I am biased. Since you are not worried about the warranty, those are the cheaper (price wise) of the 3. The .25" drop will shorten the life of the struts, but not by much.

koni's would be my choice. but the d-specs are really good struts also
SIG coming to an org near you!!!
LOL I don't think we helped too much... Just put a recommendation for all 3 strut choices

X2
I run Koni yellows with Eibach Ground Controsl on my silver cav and Koni Yellows with Eibach Sportlines on my tan cav. I love Koni but if I didn't get them I would have went with D-Specs
BTW IMO opinion Koni is the surperior product, ubt D-Specs are more convenient.... D-Specs are all one piece dirrect swap strut setup, the Koni rears are dirrect replacement but the fronts are just a cartidge insert, you have to cut up the stock struts and reaplce the "guts" with the Koni
i had goldlines on d-specs, and i gotta say the ride was amazing. loved the drop, and the ride under all situations. just my $0.02
I went with D-Specs for my Sprint springs and I love them. My car is lowered a shade over 2" since the springs have settled in and the D-Specs hold up just fine.
I had goldlines with Koni's before air and had no problems liked them alot.
cool. think i'm gonna go with the goldlines with the d-specs. best and cheapest place to get d-specs?
I'll save you the trouble... dont get the goldlines. I've had em and they sucked a$$... I had em on the Koni Reds.. still too bouncy for my taste. Eibach pro-kits are far much more better ride than goldlines. Just giving you my opinion and save urself money. Eibach prokit rode more like stock feel than goldlines.. if that helps with ur decision.

any idea the best place for the d-specs? i dont know, i trust joey baggs on this one and want to go the route he went. exactly how was the ride joey? and again best place for d-specs?
1 thing you need to learn about suspension is everyone has different taste on what they like. kinda like clothes. what might be good for somone might not be good for another person. dspecs are fully adjustable so you can get them to whichever setting you like. i bet goldlines are probably fine on dspecs.
you can get dspecs from either the classifeds, ebay or jason at aplusperformance.com
I personally bought the Goldlines about 2 years ago. I love them they handle great and they ride good. I do have to say tho on my car it makes the front of the car seem to look a little higher than the back. All in all they are a great spring for the price...
