After installing a set of eibach sportlines on my 96 sunfire i noticed that there was no space between the top (say 5 or 6) coils on the spring; the coils are in fact sitting on top of each other. Near the bottom of the spring there is a space bewtween each coil (just like stock). Is this normal??
Yes. They're progressive spring, most progressives do that.
