Yes, 3/4" box steel about 3 feet long (measure to be exact) with a pair of grade 3 or grade 5 bolts on each end. Don't use high grade bolts. If you search you'll find a lot more.
ok, but how do you bolt it up. do you bolt it onto . I have tried looking around online but to no avail.
