a year or so they were talking about making these

I've heard good things about them on some other cars. But have never seen them on a J before. No surprise at that price.The Var1 are height adjustable, the Var 3 are bound, rebound, and height adjustable.
KW was suppose to make them for our car a couple years ago. They then put it on the back burner to work on other projects. A number of people had them for sale pending release but release never came. IF they do come out there are a good set up some say better than tien. Not as harsh.

They are a very good suspension company out of germany. I was one of the ones "bought" the varient 3 a few years ago but they never came out. But apparently gravana sells them now, so I guess they finished them.
