too low?

just a few questions about lowering springs and body kits.

i have a set of eibach sportlines and i'm looking into getting the type j body kit closer to summer. my question is: is the type j kit going to be too low with the sportlines? i live in Ky so there are hills and some bad roads. i'm worried about the hills more than anything. should i keep the sportlines with this kit, or should i get the eibach pro kit with the type j. or maybe something else all together? any opinions are appreciated.

You wont be to low at all. Just adjust your driving style to how low you are and you will be fine. I have had my kit 2 inches off the ground and aim liek 3 right now and I get around cali just fine.

To actually try to answer your question unlike the other posts so far, you should find out how much lower than stock the bumber hangs down. So measure the clearnace no, take the added length of the bumbers off that clearnace and then take off the drop that the sportlines give you and ta da, your ground clearnace is that. That said, I can only show you the way and not the answer since I dont know anything about the type J kit. However you could do a car profile search for type J kit and pm some of the people who have the kit and ask them how much lower it is.

Ummmm hello how did I not help. I have the @!#$ type-j body kit on my car. If he wants to know more about it he can pm me and I can measure how far it hangs from the fender to teh bumper. But yeah he should be fine if he adjusts his driveing for a kit/lowering.

You didn't help him at all. Just because you got the kit you didn't tell him what suspension your on or where its at from stock which is what he wants to know. As far pm'ing you I sure didn't see anything from you suggesting he does this. You told him nothing that helps at all. I'm really not trying to be mean, but really, look at what he asked and then read what you posted. Its not even close to helpful at all.
