How low do you want to go?

Eibach Pro-Kit springs + KYB AGX struts... 1.4" drop, around $600

Definitely read the FAQ; helped me out a lot when I was in your position. Do some searching and reading and decide what will fit your needs. In a month or so I will be going with Road Magnet springs with Tokico D-Spec struts. This thread made up my mind on going with the Road Magnet springs.

well the superior brand has always been eibach, but i think the best bang for the buck has always been intrax. not sure if they make them for the newer cavs though.

People say that what doesn't kill you in this life
will make you stronger. I'm not sure if that is true
or not, but i do know one thing-You have to learn from
it and it has to make you better.......it has to.......
