ok ive searched and checked the faqs and just wanna make sure im right... that this
ebay rear strut bar 95-01
... will fit any cav or fire 95-05?
i need to know cuz i ordered one that didnt fit at all, the brackets were all wrong and the bar was too short, it didnt look anything like the picture

most bars are adjustable in length. i know mine is.

the brackets on the ends didnt look like that, where you attach the bar was in the middle of the bracket and the bracket wouldnt fit over at 2 bolts at the same time, im gonna report the person thru paypal.

i got the same bar from the same guy, i actually ordered both front and rear.. i recieved the same one pictured, and it took some lovin but i got it to fit. the front fit fine but the rear was a pain.
but the ebay seller was very helpful and willing to replace the bar. so if you have the same bar pictured it should fit.. if not i'd email the seller and see if he can help.
Did he send you a front bar by mistake?
the front bars fit over all 3 bolts, and have a circle shaped mount.
we they are the half circle ones and they dont fit over the front or rear bolts, they have to be for a different car so i just filed a paypal calim because the guy will not answer anythin, its a different seller they the one i posted about

When you say that both sides don't connect at the same time, how far apart are they from connecting to the bolts on both ends? I had to unscrew mine a bit to get them to bolt to both the passenger and drivers strut bolts for both the front and rear.

It sounds like they may have sent you the wrong ones. The rear bar should look like the one in the ebay ad.
when i bought mine off ebay i got the right front but the wrong back. i told the guy and he sent me the right one. still havent put it on
