same here... I have thought about getting a second compressor or a bigger one to replace the one that I have.
380 IS THE WAY TO GO
Norms Fenders
Holes in front bumper from plate bracket (custom)
Solo Hi Flow Cat/ 3in dual exhaust
Kappa Intake/IC Pipes
Pcm4less Tune
Infinity Kappa Speakers
Dakota Digital EGT & Boost Gauage
DDM Probeam
JPM Shifter
Custom Kicker System By JPM
MBRP Heat Shield
Dejon Intercooler
AlkaControl Water/Meth Injection
i personally prefer 2 450's and just push them to 175.
yeah. thats the way to go right there. 2 450's will get the job done, and fast! Just be sure to have a good battery in the car.
...
2 450's and a yellow top keeps me happy!
watch for flying sparks!!!
i had a viair 450 and never had a problem with it
i have a 450 and a 380. the 450 FTW!! im actually selling my 380 so i can get another 450.
if anyone wants this 380, shoot me a PM
Dont waste your money on a viair 450 get the air zenith faster then 2 450s almost faster then 3 and a hell of alot more dependable. I have had 4 450s in my car at one time and now that i have switch to an az i will never buy a viair again. they do not stand by their warranty and they r junk.
air zenith is prone to failure.
The best thing to get is belt driven.... BUT they don't make anything for a Cavalier to help us out on that one.

yes az's are horrible and im working on the edc as soon as i get the car back and i will get some brackets or what ever is needed for our cars. only thing is you will lose your a/c which i dont care about. but when i get the car back it should be shortly after when i order my sanden edc compresor. 30 sec fill time on a 5 gal tank
im trying to find out why yalls stops at 180psi and mine is stopping at 147psi. over 30psi of playtime im being shortened!
-------
i am looking into getting a second compressor. i figure that way if ons messes up then i still have another one vs just one bigger one. but thats my view.
hey dont know if anyone needs it but i have a 380 piston brand new that i have no need for. i burnt up my one of my 450's and ordered a rebuild kit but they sent me the wrong con rod and piston

maybe you have a 150 fill switch?
...
yea you might have a 110/145 switch instead of a 145/175
how r you gonna say az is prone to failure what r your experiences with them.
I am guessing 90% of you dont know quat about air ride. Look at failure rates of az to viair and you will find out that it would be viairs that are prone to failure. az had asmall batch that went out that had a heating problem and that has been fixed. From my buddies shop we have sold hundreds of az and not had a problem with any of them yet we have two vehicles with blown viairs in right now that aren't more then a month or two old

thats what im thinking
how do i fix this? is it something i do or get with easystreet/jason on?
its nothing you can fix, its a locked pressure switch. You can only do something with adjustable ones. Order a 145/175 switch and you should be set, heres a link to one and suicidedoors is great to deal with, I buy alll my fittings, and air line from them.

i was looking at the instructions and noticed that there are 2 part numbers for the digital system. ones for a 175 psi and the other is for a 145 psi kit. i called jason to let him know my findings. he wasnt aware the was a 145psi digital kit avaliable. so it looks as though easystreet sent me the kit for 145 psi. hopefully all i need to do is get a new cpu and controller since thats the only differences in the 2 kits when looking at the parts list in the instructions.
is it ok to have strut bars on with air ride? i did a search and the only one i could find was just about someone asking about strut bars or sway bars to help dog leg better. i just want to know if its alright to have since you may lower one front bag and lift the other front bag.
to be continued........
i have struttower bars and full sway bars still no complaints here!
watch for flying sparks!!!
yeah, you can do a better dog leg if you have a rear sway bar. (which I don't have... damn LS Sedans)
I don't think your going to need a new computer for it, should just be the switch. I would hope that a pressure switch change wouldn't 'cause need for a new computer for the auto pilot.
