Well There's Your Problem.....

above are pics of my pass side half shaft. I replaced it because it was making a ticking noise, Art suggested that it might be on its way out so i replaced it. The only thing i could see wrong with it was that the boot closest to the tranny had A LOT of play in it. like i could really pull on it. so you think a pin or somethign came loose or what? BTW i cut the boot open to look in, didnt see anything missign course there was a lot more grease than i thought there would be.

o and the first pic is of the hub bolt i almost stripped. T55 torx bit in case you were wondering. always use the proper tools, a allen wrench will not do the job.

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again

no, odd thing is it stopped making npoise for awhile but i had already bought the half shaft so i jsut replaced it anyway. better safe than sorry.

btw i jsut included pics because i felt like taking them, no real reason.

That play is pretty normal I believe.. the ticking noise, probably just a bad joint in the shaft is my guess.
