Do I need to compress eibach spring to install new strut?

i will soon replace my worm out stocks shocks/struts, i currently have an eibach pro kit installed. do i need to compress the eibach spring to install new dspec? thanks guys.

nope. and if any compressing is needed, you can do it by hand.

You should be okay as said above, because the lowering springs are physically less tall than your stock ones they don't need to be compressed like stock.

i had to compress my sprint springs, so i would rent compressors just to be on the safe side. if you don't need them cool, but atleast you have them

didnt need to compress mine when we changed the stockers for d-specs and sportlines...

I didn't need em either. Took em right out of the box and slapped em on the AGX struts with no problems. Other than me installing one of the spring insulators upside down. Lol...
