Well since my car was written off i got a fair bit of extra cash laying around since it didn't cost any where near the amount i got to swap over the parts to the new car and even after adding a HUGE amount more i still got lots left and was looking to do a Big break up grade..
Now my dilemma is i use 16" after market wheels for my winter tires and any one who has been to Canada in the winter knows you need these, even though i run 17" wheels all spring, summer and a lot of fall i can not afford to have a break set up that will not work on a 16" wheel... they do have slightly more clearance then my stock 16" Sunfire GT wheels if that makes a difference because of the spoke pattern on them.
Any one on here know of a kit that can work for this? (not to keen on doing the Neon break swap either... looking more for a bolt on and go kit)
also yes i searched all day today (nothing else to do right after getting all 4 wisdom teeth pulled) and could not find any thing.. i will keep searching too..
The First Twin Charged jbody
blue car (R.I.P) - 240whp @7psi..
silver car - 305whp 315lbs.tq @15psi (91 Octane) or 420whp & 425lbs.TQ @20psi (94 octane+Alcohol Injection)
All dynos run on a Mustang dyno
With the NWF setup you can run 16 in Impala Police package steelies... its tight but it works
NWF swap works (i personally have the NW swap) and also the wilwood kit will work (but this one has a wide caliper, so spoke design makes a diff).

so the wilwood fronts will fit in a 16" wheel? its just the rears i need to find a smaller set up to fit?
and by the NFW you guys mean the neon kit?

yessir. I'm running 16's and there's about 1/4" clearance all around the caliper
NWF stands for the body codes of vehicles parts used to make the brake swap work.
n-body..... ball joints, steering knuckles, and wheel bearings
w-body... for the brake rotors, pads and calipers
f-body..... same as above ^^ rotors pads and calipers
now f-body are known for having 12 inch rotors and dual piston calipers
w-body as far as i know came with 11 inch rotors on the grand prixs and 12 inch on other models from what i remember they only had single piston calipers also

You are correct, sir! </Ed McMahon>
1989 Z24 Convertible - Dust Covered
2006 tC - Dust Covered, but driven more
aren't the rotors for W and F the same? I thought I looked them up and they were the same part number. and the difference being the caliper ( single vs. double piston) ( both 12")
yea, they got slack and just made the lug holes bigger to fit both setups

Well I guess while we are on this subject, I too need to find a 16 inch wheel that will work on the BAER Big brake kit. I know about the template blah blah...... too difficult for a quick purchase, I could care less if they are pink wheels> I only need two and purely for drag racing. Preferably 8 inch wide as well....... If anyone has any insight lemme know..
Color, looks, style MEAN NOTHING i just need em to fit. The lighter the better though I should note
