I am not even 100% sure what you would call this, but it is the rear arm. I wanted to upgrade the bushing. but don't know if there is one out there and don't even know were to begin to look

That's a bushing. Prothane used to make urethane replacements, but haven't for a while. Lenko was looking around for replacements, I don't know if he ever found any. McMoney can also make them if the price is right and he has time.
