Full Suspension Set up
Thursday, July 12, 2007 7:50 PM
I am currently working with a company called Function and Form to try and find out if any one would be interested in a full coil over set up with full adjustable dampening, spring pre load, and obviously ride height for the j-body's they are not sure weather they would have a big enough market to make them worth production. help me try and convince them to make a full suspension setup for the j-body and hopefully the a-body too.

unless the price is under 700 i doubt anyone will buy it. for 700 i could just buy tein basics

the set up is more than comparable to the Tein SS setup. the height adjustment is also a better set up which allows you to still have full range of travel in the strut unlike most setups that as you lower the car the less travel the strut has. (bottoming out the strut) all while still being able to still adjust your spring rate without adjusting your ride height

are you saying that you get the full range of motion like a stock setup in a lowered setup? i believe an explanation is in order

what is this some sort of dual adjustable coilover setup?

like stripped said, under $700 or so, why buy questionable when you can get tried and true for the same price

It sounds very similar to the Gravana coil-over setup. You can do the same thing with them. As far as demand, the J platform is no longer produced so demand for aftermarket parts is slowly waning (IMO).
