NRG Suspension coilovers

So I found a set of NRG Suspension coilovers on eBay. Just a basic set where you gotta get your own struts and shocks, so its not a complete kit.. for $100. Yay or nay? Just so you know... right now, I'm sittin on a set of blown out and locked up struts and shocks with some no name coilovers on them. I got the set up for free, so I cant cry too much. I'm desperate for something new, and I've actually heard of NRG before. I was thinkin these with a set of Koni's or KYBs.. whatcha think???

You're probably thinking of Energy Suspension, who makes eurethane bushings and some suspension linkage, but not lowering kits. NRG Suspension is no name, and probably counting on people to confuse them with the good name of Energy Suspension.

Also worthy of note, you are in desperate need of good quality suspension, not just something new. Get the good stuff, save the money and headaches in the long run.

then buying crappy a $100 would be an even worse idea. think man, you buy a @!#$ setup, and another... do it right once, and you actually SAVE money.

Check the regional forums and the classifides.......might find a good deal. I sold my koni sport kit springs for $50 new a few years back b/c I already had and wanted tein s-techs. I just got in on a gp for the koni sport kit was cheaper than buying the struts separate. Just a thought.
