I baught a set of bomz coilovers and the instructions are not detailed enough for an amature like me. Has any one else got these before or any sleved style coilovers before? I need pictures of what they look like before putting them under the car.
save yourself the agony, put those POS's away, possibly THROW them away... and buy urself a decent suspension setup. if you prefer coilovers, go look at the tein's, ground control's, or gravana's. and remember, always use a set of GOOD struts, such as koni, tokico d-specs, or kyb agx's.
85thanks. I should of but, I already wasted the money. between shipping and handling I only wasted $85 dollars. but found that you have to modify the front struts. and if you lower the car all the way it fells like you should be in a low rider movie, it is horrible.
for any body out there dont try to go cheap on your suspension you will regret it. its like putting a turbo on a car and not upgrading your fuel.(some what)

even if you didnt have to modify the front struts, you shouldnt put them on anyway. i bet they were going on stock struts too.
I'm sure yours doesn't go all the way down the seats, you have to grind or remove that thing in front. I had the same problem. check wild weasel "How to's" on putting koni struts. it will mention how to remove the spring seats.
BUT, i bought eibach pro damper kit after a week, I hated that bomz springs...
until i can get the money the sytock springs are going back on my wife got fired so now we are hurting for money. thanks for the input. you all have been much help, plus im new to this website and looks like i can get much help from eveyone in here.
