Does anyone know why the ground control coilovers won't fit an 02 sunfire?

I don't see why they wouldn't......
Well that's what I thought but I emailed GC and said only up to 01. I'm not sure but I think in 02 they switched the upper strut mount (if that's what it's called) to a one piece design, 01 and down where a 3 piece I think. I don't know if that's why or not. I know my mounts are in need of replacing and thought I'd go to the old style, I heard they were better. And if it solves the problem with the GC's not working than that's what I'll do.
they will fit but i hope you arent putting them on stock struts
