I have a 96 Z 5spd coupe. I bought some control arm bushings and am having trouble gettin the control arms out. Both bolts are out and they will slide back and forth until it hits the sleeve that goes throught the stock bushing. I some how got the passenger side one out but took about 30 mintues and gettin mad and hitting it with a hammer until it finally just fell out.
I just spent 30 mins doing the same thing to the driver side and still no avail. Any hints? Thanks guys

I think I remember using a pry bar and getting the front part of the a arm out first.
it is going to be worse getting them back in with the poly bushings. Tighter tolerances.
there is a gap in the frame that allows you to slide the rear out pretty easy , its just getting it to that spot
if i remember the gap is closest to the outside of the sub-frame , and the arm will slide out , but the front needs to be near the pocket it sits in for it to come out
I sat on the ground and pulled while wiggling/shaking it.
Mine came right out. Then I sent them to SMG. They look purdy now.
