WTK: What is the torque rating for the bolts on the strut tower?

I want to install my strut brace, but I do not know what the amount of torque to put on the nuts with the beam torque wrench.

I dont know the exact number, but I set mine to 1/4 turn past tight with a wrench, so otherwords I tightened it with a wrench (not super tight), and then cranked it another 1/4 turn. They have held well for me with no stripping, bending or breaking
