I just got a set of GC coil overs off ebay for a steal. Only problem is that they were installed on a set of stock struts. GC use different hats on the coils for the differnt types of shocks and struts. Can i just drill the hole bigger in the hats or where can i order a set of hats for D-spec struts?
Call GC and order them. If they don't already have the specs, just tell them the shaft diameter. Or, yes, you can drill them out.
i emailed them and even called them and no answer. im kinda worryed about drilling them. Anyone else know where i can get them?
You called them at 530-677-8600 and no answer? Thats a first. I've never waited more than 2-3 rings.
They're the only one that will sell you their pieces individually AFAIK. Its not cost effective for someone else to stock just pieces.
