i bought a pair about a year ago......the ride was decent but they dont last, they are pretty much oem specifications. if your just replacing your struts then ok, but if you plan to lower.....just wait and get better.
i am not lowering the car right to the ground .. i only have a mild drop which is 1.4 inches all around .. few guys told me that i can oem shocks. the car is an 96 and its not worth $500-800 lowering kit .. plus i wont know how long i am gonna have it or how long its gonna last
^^^ that is not a "minor" drop, that IS in the range of the AGX's though, something to look into.
a buddy of mine had some crappy dropzone springs on some of those and they didnt blow and they rode better than i thought they would. he rode them for about 2 years and never had a problem.....the only thing is the back actually dropped 2.3 but the front only dropped maybe 1" so it mainly depends what springs your gonna ride. if i was you i really would look into newer lowering compatable struts, i am currently waiting to buy some sportlines and d-specs so i dont have to worry about anything.
alright thanks.. i got a new set of springs in my room that never seen the car yet .. there CM motorsports 1.4 inches front and back
