its personally preference. thats like saying whats better a car or a truck. depends what you want out of it. both have their pros and cons and both have their good brands and @!#$ty brands. a good suspension wont be cheap.

I havent heard anyone regert the choise of Teins or bags.
people dont regret lowering springs either with the right struts. only thing people regret is when they do it wrong and have to go back and spend more money to replace things
so what do they mean by yellows srry im new here lol!!!! I'm thinking about goin with ground control c/o they are only 419$ are they worth it

heres what all the 'slang' means
yellows = Koni Yellow struts
dspecs = Tokico D-Spec stuts... Check out the group purchase forum for these
teins = Tein coilovers... they offer 2 different complete systems... tein basics and tein ss (super street)
= tein lowering springs
sportlines = eibach sportline lowering springs
prokit = " prokit " "
bagged = air ride, several kits out there, the easy street air setup is the most common i think
if you want more info on each item try a search here or a google search. You should be able to find all sorts of info to make a good choice
***Edit there are other options out there as well just be sure to do some research before buying
