Looking for some opinions. If you were planning on racing your car in the 1/4 mile and/or auto crossing, what set up would you prefer.....Air ride or a set of coil-overs. I'm still in the air on what I want to do, the car is daily driven (still will be when its done). So looking for opinions on the best all around set up.
Thanks

air ride would be the worst for both. for drag racing you have the compressor and all that added weight. for AutoX having bags I believe puts you in SM. best bet is a good set of shocks/struts and spings/coilovers
If your serious about racing it, get coilovers. My tank, compressor and valves do add quite a bit of weight.
Some tracks won't let you run with airbags, although it does happen. Coils FTW!

I've seen a coilover kit on E-bay for extremely cheap.
Here they are. Anyone run those? I'm thinkin if they're $85 shipped, they have to be too good to be true. What do you have to do in order to run coilovers?

Last I checked, bags were illegal in all classes for SOLO.

LOL. Not entirely what I was expecting, but well put nonetheless.

Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
Thanks for the opinions guys. I've heard mixed things about both, so I thought I'd check on here first. Probably going to look into getting a good set of coils. Either the gravana setup or yellows and coils.
