Need to do back breaks and wondering what best (max stopage obviously)) set up is?
-speed is time travel-
you looking for stock replacement? or an entire aftermarket kit (converting the drums to disks)
if stock replacement...all shoes are kinda the same, just pick one with a warentee and not the cheapest one
if aftermarket conversion...depends on your budget

Primer Counts as Custom Paint Right?
BTW: This is my Sig.
There is no "best" Its whatever you like and can afford.
I did the neon conversion and I think thats fine.
There is Bear, custom wilwood, ssbc, and neon rear conversion you could do.

afaik, nobody has done actual tests to see which would be the "best"
all you'll really get is a bunch of people's opinions on what they have experience with...
Your better off upgrading the fronts, the front brakes do most of the work so it would make more sense to upgrade the ones that will have the most effect.
to add to that last post
SS lines on all 4 corners with some Hawk Pads and Powerslot cryo treated rotors up front will be a nice and relatively inexpensive upgrade.
