Get Tokico D-Specs......

You get an alignment after installation which is like $60 most places so wait...

theres no telling how long they will last. only thing that is for sure is that they will blow. could be in 2 weeks, 2 months or year. as for them being coilovers, i would say about a month or so tops before they go. if your getting struts in a week, why not just wait and do it at once? why do it twice?

Exactly. Don't get too excited to do it right away if you can't do it properly. Your ride will be terrible as well.

Coilovers normally have a higher spring rate than regular lowering springs, and would be murderous on stock struts. Also a lot has to do with the roads you drive on. I live in Georgia and the roads are surprisingly good, but took a trip to North Carolina a few weeks ago and OMFG as soon as I crossed the state line into South Carolina the roads turned to sh!t.

Of course the correct answer here is just get the proper struts (D-spec as mentioned earlier) to begin with and be done with it.

get the coilovers and sit them on your desk or coffee table or wherever u can see. them. youll be surprised at how quick u save for the struts when u have them sitting out staring at you.

dude just wait trust me this is coming from someone that did what your wanting to do and its not safe at all. I put some coilovers on my cav hit a pothole and found out I broke my tie rod, rack and pinion, and broke my struts and strut mount. In the end it cost me an extra 600 to fix it. Its not worth it one bit just wait!!

You will always pay in one way or another for rushing into things. Have some patience. A few weeks is nothing.
