Well I went to the u pull it yard today and found a few cars out there that came in FRIDAY. Both are 99 Grand AM's I got the Alum control arms and nuckles. Never thought I would be luck enough to find these at that yard. I plane on going back out there Mon day and see if I can find any IRS units for my cars. I also found a Complete GTP,the car has motor harness and computer. I took the computer today though. My body that runs the yard moved theGTP to the back yard were noone can pull what I need off it. Looks like I got very LUCKY today.

I know how you feel! when i go to the yard i find parts i was looking for weeks ago and couldnt find. grand ams, alero are not reare in chicago's yards. i find lots of those very often.

I'll probably get it for asking but are the control arms from Grand Ams the same for the Cavys? Are they an upgrade or just a direct swap with no mods needed?
U have to mod them a little. There a great mod, IF u look it up on the org U wil get alot of INFO on it.
If any of the realy technical people answer this they could tell About it better then I could. OR look i up i the org.

They reduce the car's unsprung weight and people have also noticed reduced wheel hop too. John Benham and i sold a batch of modded arms(the ball joint holes have to be welded up and redrilled, the specs are posted in an old post). We might be selling more(if we can get our hands on them).

ummm cool lol....i can go down the street and get as many sets of them as u want, we went a few months ago and got 4 sets one afternoon, i know theres 5 or 6 more sets, but we where to lazy to pull em.
Congrats on the fined tho! you'll love em.
the yard in town has 5 sets there, there not hard to come buy as 99 was the first year for that new style and GM sold a bunch of N bodys that years its rediculous
