justgot the new front stuts in from easy street, and i put them on,, and they dont go as low as the baggs that i used to have. hummmmm,,,, i have the straitght shaft set in the back.. the older ones i had in the front.., the new ones are the same set up as the bck struts, an helpppppp,,,,,, why wont it sit lower>??
The new struts are sleeves, they do not sit as low as the the older ones. But they are supposed to give a lot better ride.
The new fronts are designed to sit 1" higher than the olds.

if i would of known that daanng. They do go up higher thoa lol,, like a 4x4, esp if youy turn the dammp all the way to 9
yeah too bad they couldnt have fixed the mount situation with the old bag setup, as if the front layed out higher on the old setup didnt look bad enough. The guys aired out with the new setup has to look horrible.
its not too bad in the frt when the car is layed out, i plan to cut the welds around the strut body and raise the splindle part up an 1" so it can sitt lower in the frt .
thats the same exact idea i had. remove the tabs and flush it with the strut body. Measured the depth and it came out to a little more than an inch.
